Return and Refund Policy

Your continued support means the world to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations or needs. We sincerely apologize if this has been the case with your recent purchase. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we want to make things right. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please let us know and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that returns inquiries need to be made within 3 days of receiving your product(s). Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously strive to improve our products and services. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please note that due to inventory changes, guaranteed exchanges may not always be available. We understand that this may be disappointing, however we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service and we will do our best to assist you. Please note we will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. We highly recommend insuring your return. We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.. *Please, please, please DO NOT send your return in anything other than how it was sent originally, we recommend bubble type packaging. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept ring returns due to customer sizing errors. If you are not sure of your size, we do have a ring size chart and an easy way to find your ring size under our FAQ page, however we highly recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler.
