Welcome to our website! This website is operated by LG Jewelers & Gifts LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LG Jewelers & Gifts. Your use of this website and your other digital interactions with us, such as emails, text messages, and on our social media pages (collectively our “Sites” and each a “Site”), constitutes your agreement with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), as well as additional terms in applicable portions of the Sites, including our Privacy Notice, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Customer Ratings & Reviews Terms, and our Shipping Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use this website and you must immediately exit this website.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 4 - Product Descriptions:

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details, please be aware that variations in color and appearance may occur due to differences in display settings or natural variations in materials. 

Section 5 - Pricing and Availability:

Prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 6 - Orders and Payments:

Payment for your order can be made using the available payment methods during checkout. All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method. 

Section 7 - Order Processing & Shipment (Free shipping except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico):

Every order is processed and verified as quickly as possible. You will receive an email updating you of your order status within 24 business hours of placing your order.

Most orders ship within 48 hours via USPS Mail or FedEx, at our discretion. Expected delivery 2 to 5 business days. If you require your order to be expedited, we are pleased to make arrangements to accommodate your request. Please email us at info@lgjewelersandgifts.com  and will respond promptly. Please be aware that faster delivery options are available, but they will incur an additional fee added to your order.

Items on which free shipping is offered can only be delivered  within 48 contiguous United States (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam). Shipping will be charged separately in cases of delivering the item or items to excluded destinations.

Section 9 - Prohibited Uses:

(a) You may only use the Website and purchase Products for legal purposes(the “Purpose”).

(b) You shall not use the Website or Products: (i) to harass, intimidate, embarrass, or threaten any person, (ii) for any illegal, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or illegal purpose, or (iii) in a manner that violates any laws, rules, or regulations.

Section 10 - Knife Orders:

You must be at least 18 years old to order any knife Products and at least 21 years old to order restricted products. Some items on the Website may be illegal in your or other areas for possession by those under the age of 21. You shall be responsible to check all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, ownership, use, and possession of any Products sold to you on the Website.

Section 11 - Knife Laws:

LG Jewelers & Gifts complies with all applicable Federal Laws regarding the interstate shipments of our knives. It is Buyer’s sole responsibility to adhere to local, state, city, and county knife laws and has the duty to contact local authorities to inquire about "Ownership" and "Carry" laws in their local jurisdiction in order to ensure compliance.

Automatic Knife Laws & Assisted Knife Laws. The Switchblade Act, (Pub.L. 85-623, 72 Stat. 562, enacted on August 12, 1958, and codified in 15 U.S.C. § 1241–1245), as may be amended, (the “Act”) prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

(a) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;

(b) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;

(c) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;

(d) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c).

Sections 1242 and 1243 of the Act shall not apply to:

(e) any common carrier or contract carrier, with respect to any switchblade knife shipped, transported, or delivered for shipment in interstate commerce in the ordinary course of business;

(f) the manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce, of switchblade knives pursuant to contract with the Armed Forces.

(g) the Armed Forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his duty;

(h) the possession, and transportation upon his person, of any switchblade knife with a blade three inches or less in length by any individual who has only one arm; or

(i) a knife that contains a spring, detent, or other mechanism designed to create a bias toward closure of the blade and that requires exertion applied to the blade by hand, wrist, or arm to overcome the bias toward closure to assist in opening the knife.

Section 12 - Refund Policy for knife purchases:

Note: All customers that order are responsible for knowing their state/province/country laws. If the knife is unable to be shipped because of customs or the customer ends up in a legal issue because of the laws in that state/province, it is the customer's liability and we will not be held responsible.

If the package does not deliver because of international customs we are not responsible and will not refund your order because the customer should know their countries customs before ordering.

If your shipping address is incorrect we are not responsible. And we are not required to refund your order. 

If you order and decide that you did not want the item, we are not responsible and will not refund you for your item.

We take your privacy and data security seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Section 14-Changes to Terms of Service:

At our discretion, we may revise, update, modify, or discontinue any part of these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time, by posting revised terms on the website. We will notify you of such changes by posting the modified version on our website and indicating the date it was last modified, and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including by email in certain instances). The date these Terms of Service were last modified is at the top of this page. We encourage you to visit our website periodically to view the latest version of these Terms of Service. All changes are effective immediately and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter. Your continued use of the website after the revised Terms of Service are posted on the website means that you accept and agree to the changes and updated Terms of Service.
